Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders

Please check your order when it arrives. If your order is damaged or contains an incorrect item, get in touch right away so we can work with you to make it right.

If your package goes missing in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, deliveries are largely out of our control — but we’ll do our best to help track it down whenever possible.

Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

We’re not able to accept product returns at this time. Products from Matter Editions are uniquely handmade and produced in limited or specially numbered editions. If you have questions or concerns about a purchased item, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
